OGSSI conducts a Continuing Medical Education (CME) program every month, designed around a specific theme relevant to current practice in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Wherever possible, these CMEs are held in association with other scientific bodies such as FOGSI, ICOG, ISAR, AOFOG, IMA, IMS, and RCOG, bringing wider academic collaboration to our members.

Schedule

Held on the Second Sunday of every month
Usually conducted at a venue outside the OGSSI Auditorium
Any changes to the schedule will be communicated to members in advance

Format of the CME Meeting

Each CME session typically includes:

Talks on the theme chosen for the month
A Dialogue/Debate relevant to the theme
A Panel Discussion led by an Expert/s in the field, with panelists drawn from the OGSSI family and associate bodies

How to Participate

OGSSI members who regularly attend OGSSI meetings and wish to participate in a CME (as a speaker, panelist, or contributor) can send a request by mail to ogssi@yahoo.com. Requests are honoured subject to approval at the subsequent Executive Committee (EC) meeting.
