Dr Anjalakshi Chandrasekar Research Award
This award was instituted in 2019 by Dr Anjalakshi Chandrasekar, an eminent Obstetrician & Gynaecologist of Chennai, to encourage original research work by OGSSI members in any one of the following disorders:

GDM (Gestational Diabetes Mellitus)

HDP (Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy)

Endometriosis
Rules for Applying

The research work submitted should not have been presented or published elsewhere earlier

Members must submit a duly filled Initial Review Submission Form for the research proposal, along with an Abstract of the Research topic on or before 31st July

The chosen topic of research (GDM / HDP / Endometriosis) must be indicated
Final Submission
The final, completed version of the research work must be submitted as per the prescribed Table of Contents below, through mail to ogssi@yahoo.com, on or before 31st December
The Table of Contents for final submission includes: Title of the proposal, Name of the investigator, Name & contact details of the guide (if applicable), Ethical clearance, Rationale for the study, Aim of the study, Methodology, Type of study, Site of study, Period of study, Sample size (formula used), Inclusion criteria, Exclusion criteria, Data analysis, Observations, Conclusion, Limitations of the study, References, Proforma, and Informed consent form
